The Board pursues the businesses of the Company and represents the Company in all law and extrajudicial suits. In order to make declarations of will on behalf of the Company, cooperation of two members of the Board or one member of the Board with a managing clerk is required. If the Board is of one Man, one member of the Board is authorized to make declarations on behalf of the Company.
